وقّعت شركة “ساب” “SAAB” مذكرة تفاهم مع موانئ أبوظبي لتطوير تقنيات مراقبة المرفأ وإدارة حركة السفن خلال معرض ومؤتمر الدفاع الدولي آيدكس 2021 بأبوظبي، ووفقاً لبيان صحفي صادر اليوم الثلثـاء.
تعمل “ساب”، الشركة العالمية في مجال الدفاع والأمن، على توطيد شراكاتها مع المؤسسات والهيئات الحكومية المحلية بهدف بناء أسس قوية للارتقاء بقطاع الدفاع والأمن في دولة الإمارات. وتعتبر الشركة ان الشراكات الإستراتيجية الهادفة هي إحدى أسس النجاح والتقدم لمتابعة مسيرتها في تزويد الإمارات والعالم بأحدث المنتجات والحلول المبتكرة.
قالت كارين روزين، المدير العام لشركة Saab في الإمارات العربية المتحدة : “نحن متحمسون للتعاون مع أحد مشغلي الموانئ الأسرع نموًا وابتكارًا في العالم. إن متطلباتهم العالية ستكون ضرورية بالنسبة لنا في طموحاتنا لتطوير تقنيات رائدة في السوق مصنوعة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.”
في المقابل، قال الكابتن مكتوم الحوقاني، رئيس هيئة الشركات في أبوظبي. الموانئ: “من خلال عرضنا للتجارة البحرية ، تعمل موانئ أبوظبي على تمكين اقتصاد الإمارة من الصعود إلى آفاق جديدة والمنافسة عالميًا كمحور رئيسي يربط بين الشرق والغرب […] إن شراكتنا مع صعب تعزز جهودنا الإستراتيجية طويلة المدى من خلال خلق فرص جديدة لكلا الشركتين للعمل معًا لريادة وتطوير الحلول التي تضعنا في طليعة التكنولوجيا.”
يشار إلى أن “ساب” بدأت مسيرة أعمالها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في الثمانينيات من القرن الماضي، وتستخدم ابتكاراتها وخبراتها وقدراتها المتميزة لإنشاء حلول دفاعية وأمنية إماراتية ذات مستوى عالمي، لتلبية الاحتياجات الوطنية والعالمية على حد سواء.
