ADAS 2020 Rescheduled to May Next Year

: Jul 6, 2020 - : 6:00 pm

ADAS 2020, Philippines’ flagship defence and security event, has been postponed in view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The fourth edition of the event, which was originally scheduled to be held from September 23-25 , will now take place from May 5-7 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila. The event has been renamed as ADAS 2021.

“We have been monitoring the unprecedented global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and have been consulting closely with the Philippine’s Department of National Defense in order to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all our exhibitors, partners, supporters, visitors and all our stakeholders, and have concluded that holding the Event this September has become untenable,” the organizers said.

The event is being held with support from the Department of National Defense, the National Security Council, the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Philippine National Police, the Philippine Coast Guard and other defense and security agencies. The inaugural event took place in 2014.
