Al Ain–based AMMROC is stepping into Dubai Airshow 2025 with a clear message: the company is accelerating its transformation into one of the world’s most capable military MRO providers, backed by state-of-the-art infrastructure, deep technical expertise, and a growing network of international partners.
A company official described AMMROC’s presence at the show as “a new phase of growth and innovation in its journey toward industry leadership,” adding that its expansion reinforces the UAE’s position as a global centre for defence aviation and advanced MRO services.
Throughout the week, AMMROC is set to sign multiple agreements with domestic, regional, and international partners. These deals aim to broaden the company’s service portfolio, strengthen collaboration, and support long-term growth across key military aviation platforms.
AMMROC operates one of the Middle East’s largest and most advanced military MRO complexes in Al Ain. Its facilities support both fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft and include specialised capabilities for engines, components, avionics, and complex systems. The company is also the only authorised UH-60 Black Hawk service centre outside the United States, while providing maintenance and overhaul support for C-130, F-16, and Mirage 2000 fleets. These capabilities solidify the UAE’s role as a strategic hub for defence aviation sustainment.
Through close collaboration with leading global OEMs, AMMROC continues to bring high-value maintenance operations into the UAE—processes that were previously outsourced abroad. This localisation drive enhances the nation’s defence industrial ecosystem and directly supports wider economic diversification efforts.
People remain central to AMMROC’s success. The company boasts a strong national workforce, with over 30% Emirati employees and 100% Emirati leadership. Its specialised training programmes in Al Ain provide hands-on technical experience and advanced aerospace skills, nurturing a new generation of UAE engineers and technicians.
