Aviation Technical Services has earned the 2019 Military Friendly Employer designation. Military Friendly is the standard that measures an organization’s commitment, effort and success in creating sustainable and meaningful benefit for the military community.
First published in 2003, Military Friendly Employers is the most comprehensive resource that provides veterans and their spouses with the best choices for employment opportunities, a list of “Better for Veterans” Organizations.
“ATS is proud to be named a Military Friendly Employer,” said Dayna Eden, ATS Chief People Officer. “More than 20 per cent of ATS employees and leadership are veterans. ATS actively recruits military veterans and creates retention programs because we believe that our core values of accountability, humility and excellence are aligned with military principles, and we value the experience and education that military members bring to the ATS team.”
Institutions earning the Military Friendly Employer designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Out of the more than 8800 companies evaluated nationally, VIQTORY awarded 226 employers the 2019 Military Friendly designation.
