BOC Aviation Delivers Boeing 787-8 Aircraft to American Airlines

BOC Aviation Limited has announced that the aircraft leasing company has delivered a new Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft to American Airlines. The aircraft is powered by General Electric GEnx engines.

“We are delighted to have recommenced deliveries of the Boeing 787 aircraft,” said Robert Martin, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, BOC Aviation in the company’s press release on Thursday (Aug.11).

“We look forward to further deliveries for American Airlines and to providing our airline customers with one of the world’s favourite new technology twin-aisle aircraft,” he added.

BOC Aviation is a global aircraft operating leasing company with a fleet of 608 aircraft owned, managed, and on order. Its owned and managed fleet was leased to 79 airlines in 36 countries and regions worldwide as of 30 June 2022. BOC Aviation is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has its headquarters in Singapore with offices in Dublin, London, New York, and Tianjin.
