Czechoslovakian small arms manufacturer CZ unveiled a new firearm model at Defence & Security 2023 in Bangkok.
The CZ SCORPION EVO 3 S2 MICRO is a highly compact, semi-automatic 9 × 19 caliber firearm based on the globally popular CZ SCORPION EVO 3 series platform in the Pistol Caliber Carbine category.
The new weapon is a direct descendant of the highly successful sub gun of the same name, the semi-automatic CZ SCORPION EVO 3 series, which has been on the market since 2011.
Despite a barrel length of only 140 mm (5,5“), it still shoots with impressive accuracy. An effective spiral three-arm flash hider contributes to enhanced shooting comfort. For a safe and secure grip, a short forend made of highly durable aluminium alloy is used, with a hand guard mounted on the lower section. Users are provided with generous Picatinny and M-LOK mounting interfaces.
The CZ SCORPION EVO 3 S2 MICRO comes with a folding/telescopic shoulder stock, equipped with a QD socket for attaching a quick-release loop, or an upper receiver extension with sling loop.
