Dedienne Aerospace has renewed its CFM LEAP tooling licence with CFM International for a further 10 years. The agreement extends a collaboration that has been in place since 2015, during which Dedienne Aerospace has supported 163 customers worldwide in their operations with CFM engines.
The company has been a key supplier of tooling equipment for the LEAP global maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) network. Its tooling supports Safran Aircraft Engines and GE Aerospace engine shops, as well as Premier MRO facilities and independent third-party maintenance providers. This work contributes to operational efficiency across the sector.
“This renewal signifies more than just continuity; it reinforces our pivotal role within the LEAP MRO ecosystem and acknowledges our industrial expertise and commitment to supporting global growth,” said Guillaume Justamon, Vice President of Programmes at Dedienne Aerospace.
Dedienne Aerospace has expanded its global service network over the years, positioning itself as a key partner for LEAP-licensed MRO providers. The company has adapted to the evolving needs of engine maintenance, providing tooling solutions as demand increases and maintenance processes grow more complex, particularly in performance restoration and full overhauls.
“We are delighted to strengthen our structuring partnership with Dedienne Aerospace. Their expertise in supplying tooling to the highest standards represents a key asset as we expand our global MRO ecosystem to support the fast-growing LEAP engine fleet,” said Bénédicte Bonnet, Executive Vice President at Safran Aircraft Engines, a CFM parent company.
Dedienne Aerospace also provides advanced maintenance solutions, including preventive maintenance and inventory management, through its ToolLive digital platform. The company supplies maintenance equipment and services for both civil and defence aerospace markets and holds licences from multiple major original equipment manufacturers, including Boeing, CFM, Collins Aerospace, GE Aerospace, Safran, Pratt & Whitney, and Rolls-Royce.
