The 19th edition of the Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference (DSA 2026) and the 4th edition of National Security Asia (NATSEC Asia 2026) have secured early commitments from five international participants, underscoring continued industry interest ahead of next year’s event in Kuala Lumpur.
The confirmations were formalised during a Contract Handover and Networking Session held on 11 June 2025 at Indo Defence, with attendance from Malaysia’s Deputy Minister of Defence, YB Tuan Adly bin Zahari. His presence reflected the Malaysian Government’s support for strengthening regional defence and security cooperation.
Participating signatories included representatives from the China Pavilion, Open Apps Sdn Bhd, Kemalak Group Sdn Bhd, AVP Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, and the Poland Pavilion, who have officially committed to exhibit at DSA and NATSEC Asia 2026.
The session provided an opportunity for industry stakeholders and government representatives to engage directly and lay the groundwork for future collaboration.
A spokesperson from the organiser stated: “DSA and NATSEC Asia have always been about more than exhibitions; they are where decisions are made, and partnerships are forged. Today’s signings reaffirm the event’s role as a trusted and influential platform for advancing the regional defence and security agenda. We look forward to welcoming even more industry leaders to Kuala Lumpur in 2026.”
Held biennially with the support of Malaysia’s Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Home Affairs, DSA and NATSEC Asia have become key events for defence and security dialogue in the region. The 2024 edition saw participation from 1,324 companies across 60 countries and received 588 foreign VVIP delegations from 45 nations.
DSA and NATSEC Asia 2026 will take place from April 20-23 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), under the theme “Enhancing Capabilities and Resilience Through Technology.”
