EDGE, a defence and technology group, has signed an agreement with CMN NAVAL to collaborate on naval projects. The agreement was signed by EDGE Group Managing Director & CEO Hamad Al Marar and CMN NAVAL Shareholder Akram I. Safa at the International Defence Exhibition (IDEX) 2025 in Abu Dhabi.
The partnership covers the development of naval platforms, maintenance, and commercial initiatives. It will focus on advanced technologies, including AI-driven autonomous systems and modular ship designs tailored to operational needs. CMN NAVAL has previously contributed to the UAE’s naval programmes, including the Baynunah corvette.
