Esterline Corporation will be showcasing its expertise in advanced human machine interface (HMI) at Eurosatory in Paris.
Esterline’s Advanced Displays, Mason and Racal Acoustics product teams will be exhibiting at the show, providing a range of HMI solutions.
The Advanced Displays team will feature the solutions in its Codis™ ruggedized displays, computers, consoles and HMI systems product line. A recently-launched addition to the Codis line-up of Generic Vehicular Architecture (GVA) displays is the GVD-126: a 10.4” GVA-compliant smart display featuring a rugged touchscreen that provides real-time imaging of network video streams, composite analog and DVI inputs. The unit combines high-performance imaging in a compact footprint to provide an ergonomic solution for space-constrained vehicle applications.
Codis products are designed for mission-critical applications and remain the ideal solution for rugged visualization challenges within any C4ISR architecture.
The Mason product team unveil InSight HaWC™ and Mighty HaWC™ systems controllers. The HaWC suite of rugged game-style controllers provide performance for mission-critical applications for civilian, law enforcement, military, industrial and commercial markets. Both the InSight HaWC and Mighty HaWC allow the operator to stand at a determined safe distance while maintaining maximum situational awareness, full autonomy and control, ensuring survivability and mission effectiveness.
Racal Acoustics will complete Esterline’s showcase of capabilities for Eurosatory with its RA4000 Magna headset and the RA7000 ELITE in-ear hearing protection system. The RA4000 Magna headset addresses current operator requirements with up-to-date solutions in electronics, materials and ergonomics in a market that has typically relied on older technologies.
It provides comprehensive hearing protection for high-noise environments with an autonomous, battery-powered digital active noise reduction (ANR) system, crystal-clear, high-fidelity communications. The RA4000 Magna also includes modular, customizable and upgradeable features and accessories to match specific mission requirements and extend useful life.
The RA7000 ELITE in-ear hearing protection system is a combination of hearing protection, advanced local situational awareness and secure communications. The brand will also exhibit its Raptor medium-noise headsets. Raptor offers premium hearing protection, communication intelligibility and situational awareness and is already deployed in over 300,000 HMMWV vehicles.
