What is Nimbrix?
Nimbrix is a small missile developed specifically for defeating drones NATO class up to 2. By using as many Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Military Off-The-Shelf (MOTS) components, together with scalable production, the cost of the missile will be significantly low compared to a VSHORAD missile. The size and weight, less than a meter and less than 3 kilos, mean it is highly portable, can be deployed in large scale in multiple areas. This flexibility allows deployed troops to enhance their drone-defence capabilities, cities to protect critical infrastructure, and vessels and remotely operated vehicles to add an extra layer in their air defence. The ease of use and small size of the systems means that it can integrated with other systems and therefore give the operator options when it comes to the threat they face. The modular design also facilitates rapid upscaling and relocation of production to meet varying operational demands.
