Expliseat highlighted its flagship TiSeat 2X at MRO Americas 2025, marking a significant step in the company’s expansion into the North American market.
The TiSeat 2X has already been selected by Air France for its new Embraer 190 single-aisle cabins, set to enter service mid-2025.
TiSeat 2X is 30% lighter than competitors, providing 50% better comfort while helping reduce CO2 emissions by an average of 6% per passenger. It is engineered with a titanium and carbon fiber composite frame, requiring fewer than 50 parts per seat and offering 10x lower direct maintenance costs (DMC). Airlines work directly with Expliseat to co-develop customized seating solutions, ensuring their brand identity is reflected in the cabin.
