The first 96-month check performed on a Chinese registered Embraer Legacy 650 has been completed by ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services China.

ExecuJet MRO Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dassault Aviation and delivered the aircraft on schedule to the customer in only 8 weeks.

“We continue to demonstrate our proficiency in performing complex heavy base maintenance projects and provide our customers with both cost effective and high-quality services unparalleled in China,” says ExecuJet Haite, General Manager, Paul Desgrosseilliers.

A 96-month inspection entails over 3,000 labor man-hours and is the most extensive to be performed on this airframe.

Over the course of the 96-month inspection full removal of interior is performed down to the fuselage frames for structural inspection. Both forward and ventral fuel tanks are also removed for thorough inspection as well as the wing leading edges, flaps, landing gear and flight controls.

ExecuJet Haite has been an Embraer Authorized Service Center since 2012.

ExecuJet Haite offers line and base maintenance support on multiple Embraer Executive Jets, Dassault, Bombardier, and Gulfstream models, as well as line support for the Boeing business jet.

The MRO provider holds CAAC, EASA, FAA, Cayman, Bermuda, Aruba, Hong Kong, and Macau approvals.

The company offers world-class MRO facilities in Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe and the Middle East; where major repair and refurbishment activities are conducted.

ExecuJet Haite specialises in airframe, avionics and engine maintenance; aircraft engineers are factory trained and certified on a wide range of aircraft, including: Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, Gulfstream, Hawker, and various others.
