Fokker Services Group (FSG), an aircraft maintenance, modifications, completions, and conversions company, has installed a Supervisory Board, effective July 1. Jan Willem Baud, a business leader with a decades-long track record of executive excellence in the Dutch industrial and investment landscape, will be the chairman.
Joining Baud in the Supervisory Board are Pieter Elbers, President and CEO of IndiGo and former President and CEO of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Joanne Kellermann, and Daniel Rosen Jacobson, who is co-founder and co-CEO of Elysian Aircraft and board member of Panta Holdings.
The Board will play a critical role in guiding FSG's strategic direction, reinforcing its governance framework, and ensuring compliance with international aviation standards and corporate integrity benchmarks. It will also help advance FSG's ambitions in sustainability, innovation, and long-term value creation—for its shareholders, employees, and the broader aviation ecosystem.
