HAVELSAN is showcasing its BAHA, BARKAN and SANCAR unmanned systems at ADEX 2026, alongside a tank training simulator and command-and-control capabilities already being used in Azerbaijan.
The Turkish defence technology company has already delivered selected capabilities from its Air Force Information Command and Control System (AICCS) to Azerbaijani users. The system supports mission planning, information sharing and operational coordination.
The company also has an established enterprise software presence in Azerbaijan. Its KOVAN personnel management information system is in use in the country, representing the platform’s first export.
At ADEX, HAVELSAN is presenting capabilities spanning the air, land and maritime unmanned systems sectors.
BAHA is a vertical take-off and landing unmanned aerial vehicle designed for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions. Its VTOL configuration allows operations without a runway, while its modular architecture supports different mission payloads. The system has been accepted into the Turkish Land Forces inventory.
The company is also displaying BARKAN, an unmanned ground vehicle combining remote operation with autonomous mission functions. The platform can be configured with different equipment for surveillance, patrol and missions where deploying personnel could involve greater risk. BARKAN is already in the Turkish inventory and continues to be developed based on feedback from operational users.
HAVELSAN’s maritime exhibit is SANCAR, an armed unmanned surface vehicle developed for surveillance, base and port protection and mine countermeasure missions. The platform incorporates a mission management system for planning and controlling operations and has completed acceptance and live-fire trials.
Alongside the unmanned platforms, HAVELSAN is showing a tank simulator designed for armoured vehicle crew training. The system allows crews to practise individual procedures and coordinated operations in repeatable scenarios, while instructors can assess training results. Configurations can be adapted to different tank types and training requirements.
HAVELSAN is also presenting its broader command-and-control portfolio, including the Defense Out of Box (DOOB) Joint Command and Control System, which supports planning and coordination across different forces.
Its digital systems portfolio includes EYEMINER, a video analytics system designed to process and assess information from camera networks.
A HAVELSAN official said the company is using ADEX 2026 to discuss further requirements with Azerbaijani and regional users, including command-and-control software, enterprise systems, training, unmanned platforms and long-term support.
