Indra, which has supplied critical systems to the UK Ministry of Defence and the Royal Air Force, besides developing projects for many other civil sectors in the United Kingdom and Ireland, is showcasing a variety of capabilities at DSEI UK.
Among the systems being highlighted are the Crow system, an anti-drone solution that combines active and passive sensors plus soft and hard kill options. It is currently in service in several countries where it is used by land and naval forces for fixed and mobile protection.
Also being showcased are the Lanza LTR-25 radar, a rapid deployment tactical system that is currently in service with the Royal Air Force, NATO and multiple other countries, and the Nemus active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar, which arms vehicles and combat tanks with the ability to detect and identify the trajectory of low-altitude threats such as missiles, drones, loitering munitions and hypersonic projectiles. The company's MTR tactical radars cover multiple missions, including long, mediumand short-range surveillance and counter-battery operations.
Indra's stand also features its Mini4EO Earth observation and surveillance satellite, a high-performance, rapid-deployment solution for border surveillance missions, strategic movement tracking and support for operations in remote areas, as well as its NAVISHIELD system for protection against attempts to interfere with or spoof satellite navigation signals using jamming or spoofing techniques. In addition, the company is also showing show dual-use, civil and military software-defined radio (SDR) solutions at DSEI.
In the field of combat vehicle systems, Indra is highlghting its fully digital panoramic periscope, which enhances target detection and is fully integrated with the Leopard combat system. The company has a partnership with Rheinmetall and is offering an upgrade of the Leopard 2E for Spain, extending cooperation in the production of C4i systems.
