L2 Aviation is showcasing its avionics engineering, aircraft modification and systems integration capabilities at the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, highlighting technologies that support commercial, business and special mission aircraft operators worldwide.

The U.S.-based company provides end-to-end aviation engineering services, specializing in avionics integration, supplemental type certificate (STC) development, aircraft connectivity systems and cockpit modernization. Its capabilities also include precision machining, sheet metal fabrication and remote avionics modification services.

L2 Aviation works with airlines, business jet operators, aircraft manufacturers and technology providers to integrate new avionics and communications systems while ensuring compliance with aviation certification standards. The company said its engineering solutions are designed to improve aircraft performance, operational efficiency and mission capability.

At the Farnborough airshow, L2 Aviation announced a partnership with Viasat and Galaxy 1 Communications to bring high-speed satellite connectivity to advanced air mobility (AAM) and uncrewed aircraft, enabling command-and-control functions and real-time operational data links for next-generation aviation platforms.

The company also highlighted a milestone Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Supplemental Type Certificate approval with Klatt Works for integrating the Smoke-Assured Vision Enhanced Display (SAVED) oxygen mask into Gulfstream G550 business jets. L2 Aviation said the certification marks the first FAA-approved emergency head-up display integrated into a business aircraft.

In addition, L2 Aviation showcased expanded in-house manufacturing capabilities following its acquisition of Advance Aero, an Indiana-based precision machining and sheet metal fabrication company. The acquisition broadens the company's engineering, design and manufacturing services for commercial and defense customers.

L2 Aviation's products and services support a wide range of aircraft, from commercial airliners and business jets to special mission platforms used for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), government and defense operations.

As airlines and operators continue to extend the service life of existing fleets, demand for avionics modernization, high-speed connectivity, mission systems integration and aircraft certification services has continued to grow.

L2 Aviation is among hundreds of aerospace companies exhibiting at the Farnborough International Airshow, where manufacturers and suppliers are showcasing next-generation aviation technologies, digital connectivity solutions and aircraft modernization programs to customers from around the world.
