MA Group has completed the acquisition of Air Marine and Airlift Hydraulics, a supplier of landing gear MRO services for aircraft primes and integrators.
Air Marine and Airlift Hydraulics also provides plating services and surface treatments for customers and the extended supply chain of the aerospace industry. MA Group, through Blair/HSM will integrate the Air Marine and Airlift Hydraulics facility in Freeport, New York into its two manufacturing plants in North Carolina and Long Island, NY.
MA Group, designs, develops and produces complete landing systems on a variety of aeronautical programs and manufacturers, including Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, and Leonardo. The acquisition of Air Marine and Airlift Hydraulics will strengthen and enhance the company’s services. Customers and partners will also be able to count on seven industrial sites in Italy, Brazil and the USA, with about 800 global employees.

Blair/HSM operates in Long Island, New York and in North Carolina. Its product lines are focused on the building and integration of landing gear and hydraulic systems for fixed and rotary wing aircraft in both the civil and military markets.
