Monada.ai, a platform focused on automating freight sales, has partnered with CargoAi to integrate the Quote & Book API from CargoCONNECT. The move enables Monada users to access real-time airfreight capacity and booking services from more than 106 airlines, aiming to streamline quoting and booking processes in the logistics sector.
The integration allows Monada.ai’s customers—primarily freight forwarders and logistics teams—to generate quotes and book air cargo directly within the same platform. By consolidating quoting and booking tools, the solution eliminates the need for separate systems or manual coordination and is expected to enhance operational efficiency across the sales cycle.
Users will benefit from real-time booking capabilities with over 105 eBooking-enabled airlines, as well as immediate access to freight quotes, schedules, and capacity data within a single interface. This unified approach supports faster decision-making while reducing the operational friction typically associated with manual workflows. By automating the end-to-end booking process, Monada.ai aims to help logistics operators improve responsiveness and streamline their operations.
According to Monada.ai, the collaboration is a step toward improving response times and visibility in a market where operational speed and accuracy are essential.
“At Monada.ai, we are redefining how freight forwarders sell—turning scattered data and manual processes into clear, actionable workflows. Integrating CargoAi’s Quote & Book API allows us to deliver a powerful, AI-enhanced user experience that makes air cargo booking seamless and smart,” said Shahar, CEO of Monada.ai.
“This partnership with Monada.ai exemplifies our mission to digitize every layer of airfreight procurement. Through our CargoCONNECT APIs, we’re unlocking new possibilities for logistics players to optimize operations and scale efficiently,” said Matt Petot, CEO of CargoAi.
Monada.ai is a Tel Aviv-based platform designed to automate sales workflows for freight forwarders. It offers tools to manage quoting, pricing, account handling, and engagement tracking across air, sea, and land transport. The platform integrates with email and TMS systems to consolidate customer interactions and support revenue-focused logistics operations.
CargoAi, headquartered in Singapore, develops digital tools for the airfreight industry. Its offerings include the CargoMART marketplace and CargoCONNECT APIs, which support procurement and booking workflows. The company also offers CargoWALLET, a cross-border payment solution covering over 150 countries and 47 currencies. CargoAi is part of the CargoTech group, focused on digital transformation in the air cargo sector.
