Nurol Makina Introduces New Variant of Ejder Yalçın Armoured Vehicle

Turkish armoured vehicle manufacturer Nurol Makina is showcasing a new variant of its Ejder Yalçın 4x4 armoured vehicle integrated with Aselsan’s 30 mm NEFER weapon system at the ongoing IDEF.

Aselsan’s 30 mm NEFER Remote Controlled Weapon Station (RCWS) has been developed primarily against armored land targets and features a low-weight and silhouette for integration onto tactical vehicles and fixed surveillance points. It can be mounted on 4x4, 6x6 and 8x8 wheeled or tracked vehicles and also be integrated with of both NATO and Russian-origin weapons. It features extensive surveillance and remote control capabilities and the RCWS enhances situational awareness of the gunner, while decreasing his vulnerability to attacks drastically. It weighs less than 1000 kg (with 25mm cannon, armour & ammo).

The Ejder Yalçın is available to meet the needs of different operational requirements of users with customizations such as; Multi-Role Armored Vehicles, Border Surveillance and Security Vehicle, Air Defence Vehicle, Reconnaissance Vehicle, Command and Control Vehicle, Mine and IED Detection and Disposal Vehicle, Combat Vehicle, Anti-Tank Vehicle, Armored Personnel Carrier, CBRN Surveillance Vehicle, Mortar Vehicle, Forward Observer Vehicle, Tactical Missile Carriage/Launch System and Armored Ambulance Vehicle.
