Aerospace components manufacturer PennAero has appointed FDH Aero as a full-line authorized distributor for its portfolio of aerospace fasteners, expanding the companies' support for commercial aerospace and defense customers.
The agreement was signed at the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, where the companies said the partnership will broaden global access to PennAero's engineered fastening products used in mission-critical aerospace and defense applications.
Under the agreement, California-based FDH Aero will distribute PennAero's complete portfolio of fastening systems, including products under the Monogram Aerospace Fasteners, Allfast Fastening Systems, Mac Fasteners and Toronto Fasteners brands.
The companies said the partnership is intended to strengthen supply-chain support for aircraft manufacturers, maintenance providers and defense customers by expanding the availability of specialized aerospace hardware.
PennAero Chief Executive Ryan Kinslow said FDH Aero's global distribution network and supply-chain capabilities would help deliver the company's fastening solutions to customers worldwide.

“Their supply-chain expertise, customer relationships, and global footprint will help ensure our highly engineered fastening solutions are available anywhere and anytime our customers need them for their critical applications.”
PennAero manufactures engineered fasteners and specialized components for the aerospace, defense, space and advanced energy industries, while FDH Aero supplies aircraft parts and logistics services to aerospace manufacturers and maintenance organizations around the world.
The announcement comes as aerospace manufacturers continue to strengthen supply chains amid rising demand for commercial aircraft and defense equipment.
