PT Len Industri (Persero) the parent of Holding DEFEND ID is showcasing a range of products at the ongoing show including its recently introduced 'Sprint' tactical electric motorcycle. The new electric two-wheeler has been specifically designed to face operational challenges in extreme terrain, offering operational advantages without emissions and minimal noise, but yet powerful enough with high durability. It features a tough design with a sturdy structure developed with use of local technology and has been entirely indigenously developed by company engineers.
The tactical electric motorbikes zero-emission and silent capabilities will allow it to be used for infiltration and reconnaissance missions.
In addition to being used for special operations in sensitive areas, it can also be used for use as an environmentally friendly vehicle for field logistics. PT Len Industri has stated that it is committed to continuing to develop similar innovations as part of Indonesia’s defense vehicle electrification roadmap, in line with the government's target to achieve Net Zero Emission by 2060.
