US-based Quantum3D, a leader in real-time simulation and image generation technologies, is showcasing its latest advancements in immersive training and simulation solutions designed for aviation, aerospace, defense, and advanced air mobility applications.
The company will present a live demonstration of the latest version of award-winning MANTIS Visual Simulation Software Suite, featuring a dynamic urban scenario designed specifically for eVTOL flight training. The immersive demo simulates typical eVTOL operations across a 60x20- mile corridor between Los Angeles and Irvine, complete with highly realistic 3D modeling of the LA area, including major landmarks, two airports (LAX and SNA), and multiple vertiports.
As part of its ongoing R&D initiatives, Quantum3D will exhibit new use cases of AI-generated airport and city models for Level D flight training applications. Developed in collaboration with partners Blackshark and Olmos, these models are integrated into a CDB-compatible pipeline using MANTIS. Attendees will witness how artificial intelligence is transforming the speed, accuracy, and realism of virtual environment generation.
The company will showcase its advanced UAV/UAS/Drone Simulator—an affordable, portable, and high-fidelity training solution built on a real ground control station (GCS). Designed for both individual and team-based mission readiness, the flexible simulator supports customizable UAV models and accurately replicates generic or platform-specific UAV aerodynamic behavior.
