South Korea’s ROKADI, which designs, engineers, and manufactures large and complex contoured aerostructure components for the aviation industry, and Bell Textron have entered into an additional Global Outline Agreement (GOA) for their Offset program in Korea.

The GOA was inked at the ongoing show and represents the continued commitment of both companies to fulfill Korea’s Offset obligations, following Bell’s contract award from DAPA for the Korean Armed Forces’ next-generation helicopter trainer. Present at the ceremony commemorating the agreement were attendees from Bell - Brian Chase - VP,
International Government Affairs, Choon Ho Cho - Country Manager - Korea & Mongolia and Robbie Yarbrough - Dir. Int. Industrial Cooperation. The ROKADI attendees were Jisang (Jason) Park – CEO, Jungbae Bu – Executive VP (Retired Major General, ROKAF), Doh Hyun Lee – General Manager, Business Management, Eunna Kim - Senior Manager, Business Management and Gayoung Lee – Staff, Business Management.

The first GOA, established in 2023, tasked ROKADI with manufacturing airframe machined parts and delivering 71-part numbers to Bell through 2029. The newly signed GOA introduces 31 additional part numbers, which ROKADI will begin developing in 2026. Bell has already issued purchase orders to ROKADI under the new agreement, enabling reviews of the new work packages.
