Nurol Makina and Nadicorp (Badanbas) are showing their NMS 4X4 armoured vehicle in Royal Malaysian Army camouflage for the first time at the ongoing DSA.
Company officials confirmed to Daily News that this is the first time the NMS 4X4 armoured vehicle is being shown in public in Royal Malaysian Army camouflage. Nurol Makina and Nadicorp (Badanbas) inked a contract for supply of the NMS 4x4 in March 2022, during the previous edition of DSA. Deliveries were slated to conclude this year.
The most recent design of Nurol Makina, NMS 4X4, features a V-shaped monocoque body. Its advanced drive-train makes the vehicle fast and highly manoeuvrable in rural and urban areas. The next-generation vehicle, NMS 4X4 features a perfect combination of scalable composite material armour with low weight and high protection.
The NMS 4x4 Tactical Wheeled Armored Vehicle is designed for use by law enforcement forces and military units and offers a wide range of uses for operations such as combatant, personnel carrier, air defence and reconnaissance in high-intensity conflict environments. User needs and the integration of modern battlefield systems have been taken into account from the very beginning.
Nurol Makina has already supplied its Ejder Yalçın 4x4 vehicles to Malaysia, where it is known as the Panthera. It is being used by the Malaysian Armed Forces for UN Peacekeeping Missions - Malaysian peacekeeping force in Lebanon (MALBATT UNIFIL).
