HBL Power Systems is participating at the ongoing exhibition for the first time and is exhibiting a wide range of products related to electronic fuzes and batteries. “We are looking to market our products in Thailand and Defence & Security 2019, is the ideal platform to showcases our products to potential customers in the region,” S.K. Pal, GM (Defence Projects) at HBL Power Systems, tells Daily News.
HBL’s main focus at the show is to dis- play it capability with electronic fuzes for artillery guns (105, 130 and 155 mm), which cover percussion with delay, time and proximity fuzes and comply with all MIL Standards.
“Our particular emphasis at the show is electronic fuzes, where we have cost-effective and world-class products, which have been developed completely in-house and to the highest quality standards. There is a requirement for high quality electronic fuzes in Thailand and we will compete for such requirements,” says VK Sangam Sr. Mgr Projects at HBL.
HBL is now participating in a tender for the Indian Army for approximately 800,000 fuzes worth approximately US$300 million.
