TİSAŞ will showcase a selection of rifles and pistols for military and law-enforcement users at ADEX 2026, with the ZPT 556 rifle family and two handgun lines forming the core of its display.
The ZPT 556 family is chambered in 5.56x45 mm NATO and uses a short-stroke piston operating system with a rotating bolt. The rifles are fitted with a NATO STANAG 4694 accessory rail and are offered with different barrel-length options.
TİSAŞ will also present the 9x19 mm PX-9 GEN3 series of polymer-frame duty pistols and the 5.7x28 mm PX-5.7. The company plans to emphasise the modular configuration of the PX-9 GEN3 series, its magazine capacity and its ability to be configured for different operational roles.
Alongside the weapon systems, TİSAŞ intends to brief regional delegations on its research and development, testing, serial production and product customisation capabilities.
The company plans meetings with Azerbaijani institutions and delegations from other regional countries during the exhibition. Discussions are expected to cover potential procurement, after-sales support and broader cooperation, although TİSAŞ says information on any specific tenders or proposals will remain subject to the confidentiality requirements of the relevant processes.
TİSAŞ views Azerbaijan as an important market for its wider strategy in the Caucasus and Central Asia and is seeking longer-term arrangements covering supply, training, technical support and local cooperation.
