USAF F-35A Lightning II Demo Team To Perform At Farnborough International Airshow

The U.S. Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demonstration Team will perform aerial displays at the Farnborough International Airshow, showcasing the capabilities of the fifth-generation stealth fighter before military leaders, defense industry executives and aviation enthusiasts from around the world.

The flight demonstration, scheduled for 1:30 p.m. (1330 BST) on Monday (8:30 p.m. Philippine time), will feature the F-35A Lightning II performing high-performance maneuvers that showcase the aircraft's speed, agility, stealth and advanced flight capabilities.

The F-35A is the U.S. Air Force's primary fifth-generation multirole fighter, designed to conduct air superiority, precision strike, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
