All passengers are eligible for the insurance coverage within 30 days from their flight date, regardless of the location of infection. The insurance premiums amount up to tens of billions of Vietnam Dong, which will be paid by Vietjet to help its passengers and cabin crew should they test positive for the virus by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam.
To be eligible for this insurance, passengers have to provide all required information in accordance with Vietjet’s “Terms and conditions” when purchasing tickets and using Vietjet’s services.
