West Star Aviation is pleased to announce Jeremy Turnbough as the new Paint Program Manager at their East Alton (ALN) facility.
Jeremy has been with West Star for over 15 years, formerly servicing as a paint shop supervisor. His many years of experience with on-the-job training have gained him an expanded skill set to grow into this new leadership role.
“Jeremy brings a long history within the paint shop and has shown his strong leadership skills to be beneficial in leading the department. We are happy to be able to continue to promote our internal employees and offer them expanded opportunities within West Star,” said Scott Sweeney, General Manager (ALN).
West Star has been voted the #1 Preferred MRO for six consecutive years from 2014-2019 in Professional Pilot Magazine’s annual PRASE Survey. The survey first included the ‘Most Preferred MRO’ category in 2014 and West Star has won the #1 slot each year since its inception. West Star Aviation specializes in the repair and maintenance of airframes, engines and APUs, avionics installations and repair, major modifications, interior refurbishment, exterior paint, surplus avionics sales, accessory services and parts.
