Defence Exhibition Athens (DEFEA), which was scheduled to take place in Athens, from 22 to 24 June 2020 at Metropolitan Expo has been moved to 11-13 May, 2021. The decision was made keeping the outbreak of COVID-19 by DEFEA Organisers, in agreement with the Greek MoD – Ministry of Defence and the Hellenic Manufacturers of Defence and Security Material Association (SEKPY).
In a statement released by the organisers,
“Even though DEFEA has not suffered any change in terms of either cancellations of participants or interest in the show, we believe that the concerns and difficulties of people and companies to travel would affect the overall quality of the event,” read the statement released by the organisers.
Over the next few days further details of the May 2021 exhibition will be available on the website.
