IndiGo Adds A321NEO to Fleet

Indian low cost carrier (LCC) IndiGo took delivery of its first A321neo last week.

IndiGo has a total of 150 A321neos on order and presently has an A320 and ATR fleet of more than 200 aircraft.

The A321neo can be configured to seat a maximum of 244 passengers using the “Cabin-Flex” option.

Airbus delivered the first A321neo to a customer in April 2017.

The new aircraft will be used to grow IndiGo’s fast growing network and the airline already offers over 1300 daily flights and connects 49 domestic destinations and 14 international destinations.
