SIA’s New Dreamliner to Feature Upgraded Cabin Products

: Apr 2, 2018 - : 4:25 am

Singapore Airline has unveiled a new suite of cabin products for regional flights, providing greater comfort and convenience for passengers. The refreshed cabin products are featured on SIA’s new Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner, which the carrier took delivery of on Sunday.

Economy-class seats will have larger in-flight entertainment touchscreens, a new contoured backrest and a six-way adjustable headrest for greater comfort, reported The Strait Times.

Passengers flying business-class on these routes will enjoy the offerings of the longer-haul flights, such as fully flat beds. Also, the shift from the 2-2-2 configuration to the 1-2-1 arrangement, will give each passenger an aisle access.

The last upgrade to its business and economy seats for regional routes were done close to a decade ago in 2009, on the Airbus 330-300.
