Spatial, the provider of cabin crew training simulators, is opening a US office to further support its global client base and expansion plans.
Based near Los Angeles, the new office will be Spatial’s first permanent presence in the US. It will take advantage of the 12-hour time difference between the US and Dubai and provide true round-the-clock technical support to Spatial’s client base worldwide as well as deliver even stronger ties with both existing North American customers such as Spirit Airlines, WestJet and Alaska Airlines as well as new ones.
Further announcements regarding the product and service offerings from Spatial’s US base will be announced shortly.
Marc Van den Broucque, Managing Director at Spatial said, “Following our rapid expansion over the past few years, we feel this is the right time to set up our operations in the US, which is a key and growing market for us. Spatial is absolutely focused on continuing to provide by far the best customer service in the industry and our US presence will further this aim by allowing us to offer true 24/7 global support and reduce call-out times to our customers worldwide.”
