Air India’s MRO Facility at MIHAN SEZ in Nagpur India has completed a major check and overhaul of its 100th jetliner.
Overhaul work on the B-777 belonging to Air India was completed in June.
A 5th B-777 is also undergoing its mandatory maintenance checks at the facility.
The MIHAN SEZ located at Nagpur has connectivity to Nagpur International Airport via a fully developed and operational taxi track.
The MRO facility is set up in 50.00 Acres of land with 100 m X 100 m twin hangars and connected workshops to cater for all airframe MRO operations.
The MRO facility has been built with on outlay of USD120 million in setting up the facilities including equipment’s and tools.
The main hangar is divided into 2 Bays. One Hangar bay can accommodate either 1 Wide Body or 3 narrow body Aircraft.
