HADID International Services and the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) have announced a new strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration aims to enhance the convenience and efficiency of services for global clients, especially those operating in Bermuda or considering offshore registration in the territory.

“This MoU serves as a testament to the commitment of both HADID and the BCAA to fostering excellence in customer service and strengthening our roles in the aviation industry,” said Mohamad Hadid, Chairman of HADID. “By leveraging our combined expertise and longevity, we strive to strengthen our long-term sustainability and create lasting benefits for our respective customer bases.”

The partnership will see both organisations pooling their knowledge and resources to offer a more seamless experience for operators. Both organisations prioritise exceptional customer service, with an emphasis on discretion and strict regulatory compliance. They focus on offering tailored solutions and share the common goal of exceeding customer expectations. This strategic collaboration promises significant benefits for both parties and their customers.

“The BCAA’s vision has always been to attain the highest international standards of civil aviation while maintaining a sustainable aircraft registry,” said Thomas Dunstan, Director General of the BCAA. “Our commitment to our customers drives our efforts to explore collaborative opportunities with industry partners like HADID who align with our values. This, in turn, enables us to provide an enhanced experience to our existing and prospective clients.”

Established in 1981, HADID International Services specialises in comprehensive flight support services, including flight planning, securing overflight and landing permits, facilitating ground handling operations, arranging aircraft fuel provisions, and providing air charter and travel services. The company maintains strong partnerships with prominent Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs) worldwide to ensure smooth operations and minimise potential complications or miscommunication. These partnerships enable the company to keep operators informed about crucial safety and regulatory updates while ensuring seamless coordination and optimal lead times to help clients achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively.

The Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) is responsible for the regulation and safety oversight of aviation in Bermuda and all aircraft on the Bermuda Aircraft Registry. The BCAA operates globally, supported by staff across four offices and a network of technical staff strategically located worldwide.
