Singapore Airlines Chooses Safran Wheels and Carbon Brakes for Boeing 777-9 Fleet

Safran Landing Systems will provide wheels and
carbon brakes for Singapore Airlines’ entire fleet of Boeing 777-9 through a tailored brake landing Service
contract. Thirty one aircraft are currently on order.

All heat-sink exchanges will be performed by Safran Landing
Systems’ facility in Sendayan, Malaysia. The company currently supports wheels and carbon brakes for 126 Airbus and Boeing aircraft at SIA and Scoot, the low-cost airline of the Singapore Airlines Group. The aircraft include A320, A350, 737-800 NG, 737-8 MAX and 787.
