Arriving in 2015

From Mitsubishi’s MRJ to China’s C919 several models are heading to the skies in 2015.
We take a look at some of them:

MRJ quarter of 2015.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) Mitsubishi Regional Jet is a family of 70~90-
and Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation held a seat next-generation aircraft featuring
rollout ceremony for the MRJ (Mitsubishi the Pratt & Whitney’s revolutionary
Regional Jet), a next-generation regional PurePower® engine and state-of-the-
jet, at the Komaki Minami Plant of MHI’s art aerodynamics to drastically reduce

Prefecture. After unveiling Japan’s first jet while offering top-class operational
aircraft, MHI and Mitsubishi Aircraft are benefits, an outstanding cabin designed
now ready to proceed toward the MRJ’s for heightened passenger flying comfort,
first flight scheduled for the April-June and large overhead bins.

Embraer’s E-Jets
After more than a decade of success,
the E-Jets have become a fixture in
commercial airline fleets around the
world. Embraer’s second generation of
E-Jets family of commercial aircraft,
named the E-Jets E2 and comprising
three new airplanes – E175-E2, E190-E2,
and E195-E2, are likely to attract more
customers. The E190-E2 is expected to
enter service in the first half of 2018. The
E195-E2 is slated to enter service in 2019
and the E175-E2 in 2020.
In a typical single-class layout, the
E175-E2 was extended by one seat row,
compared to the current generation
E175, and will seat up to 88 passenger.
The E195-E2, compared to the current
E195, has grown three seat rows and will
accommodate up to 132 seats.
