Kazakhstan Aselsan Engineering LLP is displaying the Arlan armoured vehicle at the ongoing show and a new variant is now being made avail- able with a portable reconnaissance complex (PRC-KZ) and the Aselsan developed SARP remotely controlled weapon station.
The reconnaissance complex allows instant processing and transfer of information in digital format to a command stories in real time. Ground and low-flying targets can be easily identified by means of radars and electro-optical system that combines a thermal imaging camera, day-vision camera and laser range finder. The SARP remote weapon station is used for self-defence from air attack and can be used in all weather conditions, at night and daytime.
