Indian Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has entered into an MoU for co-operation in the development of Autonomous MANPADS Data Link System (AMDLS) with Grene Robotics Pvt Ltd.
The MoU was signed on behalf of BEL and Grene Robotics Pvt Ltd by
Rajasekharan M V, Director (R&D), BEL, and Wg Cdr M V N Sai, Director – Defence, Grene Robotics, respectively.
“AMDL is a state-of-the-art data link system, which exploits AI to provide a comprehensive air defence solution. We are happy to be partnering with Grene Robotics, which is a niche company working in the core areas of AI and Robotics,” said Rajasekharan M V, Director (R&D), BEL.
MANPADS place a major threat for modern aircraft entering enemy airspace.
