Atul Chandra, GBP Aerospace & Defence Technology Editor, has won the award in the “Best MRO Submission” category, sponsored by Collins Aerospace, at the inaugural Asia Aerospace Media Awards held in Singapore.
The awards were announced on the opening day of the ongoing Singapore Airshow.
Chandra received another nomination, with his story, “Rotorcraft Revolution,” which was published in Asian Defence Technology magazine, being nominated for the Best Rotorcraft Submission.
Arun Sivasankaran, GBP Aerospace & Defence Bureau Chief (Americas), was nominated in the Safety, Training & Simulation category, sponsored by CAE, for his article “Upward Trend” in Asian Defence Technology.
As many as 120 entries were received by the award jury in eight categories.
