HAVELSAN Marks 50,000 Hours of Pilot Training with Full Flight Simulators in 2024

Our Bureau - : Nov 4, 2024 - : 10:25 pm

In 2024, HAVELSAN provided over 50,000 hours of pilot training to airlines and training centres globally with full flight simulators, a milestone the company is celebrating at the European Airline Training Symposium (EATS) 2024. This achievement highlights HAVELSAN’s commitment to supporting simulator operators with high-capacity training solutions and comprehensive after-sales support.

This year, HAVELSAN has seen a series of advancements, including securing multiple European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certifications for its Airbus A320 and Boeing B737MAX simulators. New deliveries of these simulators were made to major clients, such as Turkish Airlines and the International Flight Training Centre (IFTC), bolstering training resources across the industry.

In response to growing demand, HAVELSAN announced earlier this year its plans to scale up its production capacity, aiming to manufacture up to eight full flight simulators annually. The company is also collaborating with airlines to enhance training centre operations, offering adaptable solutions based on customer requirements. The company stated it is "placing particular emphasis on industry-leading after-sales support and exploring long-term cooperation projects with its clients."

With over four decades in the simulation sector, HAVELSAN continues to meet both domestic and international needs for Flight Simulator Training Devices, providing advanced, reliable solutions for its customers.
