Korean Air has been recognised in the 2024 GT Tested Reader Survey Awards by Global Traveler, a U.S.-based luxury travel magazine. The airline won the Best Airline Onboard Service award, while its SKYPASS loyalty programme was awarded Best Frequent-Flyer Award Redemption.
The airline also ranked highly in other categories, including second place for Best First-Class Seat Design and third place in Best Airline Cuisine, Best Business-Class Seat Design, Best Flight Attendants, and Best Airport Staff/Gate Agents.
Global Traveler conducts an annual survey inviting its readership of online and print subscribers to vote for the best providers across various travel-related categories.
In addition to its 2024 recognition, Korean Air received awards in 2023 for Best Airline Cuisine and Best Business-Class Seat Design in the same survey, highlighting its consistent performance over the past two years.
Korean Air’s passenger services include attentive cabin crew, meal options for diverse dietary preferences, and entertainment catering to various tastes. Passengers on long-haul flights can enjoy two meals, snacks, and dishes such as Korean-style vegan cuisine inspired by traditional temple food.
