Qatar Airways Cargo has introduced the “My Allotments” feature on its website within the Digital Lounge portal, enhancing efficiency and intuitiveness in cargo booking.

The allotment dashboard marks a significant step in the airline’s digital transformation. As the world’s largest air cargo carrier, Qatar Airways Cargo offers customers a personalised view of their allotments and instant booking confirmations. The platform also enables customers to book allotments directly via the Digital Lounge, helping prevent overbooking by allowing easy tracking of available inventory and optimised pre-planning of allotment shipments.
Customers can swiftly book their allotments and complete their bookings with just a few clicks. The Digital Lounge portal provides a personalised experience, displaying upcoming allotments and real-time updates on remaining flight capacity. These enhancements reflect Qatar Airways Cargo’s ongoing upgrades to the Digital Lounge since its launch, including auto-confirmation for bookings, a 24/7 helpdesk, advanced tracking and tracing, all aimed at making the booking process efficient and seamless.
