Adding to the list of postponed or cancelled event is now Eurasia Airshow 2020.
A circular released by Turkey’s Commerce Department stated that between 16 March-30 April 2020, all national and international trade fairs held in Turkey was postponed to a later date.
The statement made by the organizers of the fair is as follows:
Eurasia Airshow 2020 was postponed to 24-28 June 2020 as a result of the measures taken by our government officials after 2 cases started in Wuhan, People’s Republic of China and identified with Covid-19 virus identified as a pandemic by the World Health Organization.
This delay of Eurasia Airshow 2020 was reported to our exhibitors, exhibitors and more than 14,000 registered visitors for trade visits.”
The organizers have announced a series of stepped-up measures at the event. These measures will be regulated by the instructions of our Ministry of Health.
Thermal cameras will be positioned at the exhibition area entrance. There will be a mandatory use of disinfectants at Exhibition Program and Event areas. The Ministry has also asked for 10-day micro-bacterial cleaning with nano technology of the exhibition area, official delegation vehicles and the exhibition program event area as well as the special events area.
