Challenge Group Expands Operations with New Delhi Flights

Our Bureau - : Oct 1, 2024 - : 2:22 pm

Challenge Group has announced the expansion of its operations in India by introducing two weekly flights to Delhi, commencing on 3 October 2024. This addition increases the total number of flights to India to five each week, which includes three flights to Mumbai. The new service will operate on Wednesdays and Sundays using Boeing 767F aircraft, each with a capacity of approximately 52 tons.

“Delhi is a vital hub for global trade, and our new routes reflect our commitment to supporting India’s growth as a key player in the world economy,” said Or Zak, Chief Commercial Officer at Challenge Group. “These flights will boost connectivity for essential industries and provide much-needed capacity for temperature controlled, time-sensitive, hi-tech shipments, along with other complex verticals.”

Delhi’s strategic position in connecting northern India’s key industries—including pharmaceuticals, automotive, and textiles—with international markets highlights the Group’s aim to strengthen trade routes. The new service is expected to improve cargo flexibility for global businesses, facilitating better supply chain management between India and major regions in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Through this expansion, Challenge Group is reinforcing its growth strategy and enhancing its ability to provide efficient and reliable logistics solutions to meet the demands of India’s rapidly evolving market.
