                                                     phases of the flight, Panasonic’s Premium Seat Lighting solution,
                                                     uses specialized sleep and wake algorithms to tailor the cabin
                                                     lighting for specific times of flight such as meal services, where
                                                     the lighting is optimized to improve food colour saturation whilst
                                                     reading lights are designed to reduce eye strain for passengers.
                                                     The nanoe solution deodorizes the air in the cabin and around
                                                     a passenger’s seating area by applying low voltage to moisture
                                                     which bursts into nano-sized electrostatic atomized particles
                                                     at a rate of 480 billion nm particles per second. It also neutral-
                                                     izes air and surface viruses, bacteria, molds, and pet-related
                                                     allergens.

                                                     In Wi-Fi We Trust
                                                             ir France launched commercial high-speed Wi-Fi ser-
                                                             vices on its first two aircraft – an Airbus A330 and a
                                                             Boeing 777, in September and has named the offering
                                                     Aas Air France CONNECT. By 2020, all Air France wide-
                                                     body aircraft will offer passengers access to high-speed Wi-Fi
                                                     on long-haul flights. The airline is now equipping its jetliners
                                                     with Gogo’s 2Ku high-speed satellite connectivity system. On
                                                     long-haul flights Air France CONNECT will allow passengers to
                                                     stream and download  content on a high speed internet con-
                                                     nection throughout the flight for 30 euros. All of Air France’s
                                                     long-haul fleet of 83 aircraft will receive Gogo’s 2Ku systems and
                                                     the entire fleet is to be Wi-Fi equipped by 2020. U.S. based Gogo
                                                     Inc. has quickly made a name for itself as a global provider of
                                                     broadband connectivity products and services for aviation and
                                                     its most recent successes have been the launch of its services
                                                     on Air Canada’s international wide body fleets, Iberia Airlines
                                                     and Alaska Airlines. It has also achieved STC for A321NEO and
                                                     this will be a strong contributor to its future growth. Gogo has
                                                     continued to improve the reliability of its 2Ku high-speed satel-
                                                     lite connectivity systems continue and announced an average
                                                     availability of over 97% in the combined months of June 2018
                                                     and July 2018, across all airline customers.
