RHEINMETALL BARZAN
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES
Rheinmetall Barzan Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is developing a series of Autonomous Unmanned Ground
Vehicles (A-UGVs) which feature interchangeable payloads and are based on Rheinmetall’s Mission Master UGV.
The all-electric UGVs were displayed at the ongoing show, in their armed, surveillance and counter-drone con-
figurations and are being designed to operate with indigenous Command and Control (C2) software, developed
completely in Qatar by RBAT. This will ensure seamless operation of multiple vehicles from a single location and
also allow utilisation of multi-vehicle cluster profiles with manual and autonomous control.
