Softlink Global has announced a strategic partnership with CargoAi to integrate their respective platforms, Logi-Sys and CargoAi, providing logistics businesses with improved efficiency and visibility in their operations. This collaboration is set to offer real-time air cargo bookings, live tracking, carbon emission tracking, and automated electronic air waybill (eAWB) submissions, enhancing supply chain management.
The partnership integrates Logi-Sys with CargoAi through a secure Application Programming Interface (API), allowing seamless data exchange between the two platforms. This integration enables users to access real-time quotes and instantly book shipments using CargoAi's network of over 100 carriers. It provides options for pre-booking with comparisons based on speed, cost-efficiency, or environmental impact. In response to growing regulatory demands, the integration includes tools for calculating carbon emissions using the IATA Carbon Emission algorithm and exploring offset options to support sustainability goals. Additionally, users gain access to real-time rates from over 165 carriers, allowing forwarders to easily compare and upload bespoke contract rates, even for non-integrated carriers. The integration also provides live flight schedules and shipment tracking updates from more than 700 carriers and 200 airlines.
Further streamlining operations, the integration automates the submission of electronic air waybills (eAWBs), ensuring compliance with carrier requirements and avoiding surcharges. The solution also facilitates instant and secure payments through CargoWALLET, which supports invoice tracking and payments in over 45 currencies. This comprehensive integration aims to enhance operational efficiency, improve compliance, and simplify workflows for all parties involved in logistics, from freight forwarders to shippers and logistics service providers.
Beyond the immediate integration, the partnership between Logi-Sys and CargoAi fosters innovation, paving the way for further developments to address the evolving needs of the logistics industry.
"This collaboration aligns with our commitment to providing value-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency. Partnering with CargoAi will help our customers manage logistics operations more precisely, supporting sustainable growth," said Amit Maheswari, CEO of Softlink Global.
Matt Petot, CEO of CargoAi, commented: "We are pleased to partner with Softlink Global to integrate our air cargo solutions with Logi-Sys. This collaboration offers customers an efficient platform for managing logistics, setting a new industry standard."
Softlink Global has been providing digital solutions through its Logi-Sys platform for over 30 years. With a focus on cloud-based solutions, Softlink supports over 4,500 businesses worldwide, helping freight forwarders and logistics service providers maintain operational continuity.
