Malaysia Airlines, in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM), has launched a Private Terminal Transfer Service aimed at providing seamless and luxurious travel experiences for its elite passengers.
As part of the collaboration, the airline will deploy a fleet of luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including the S 580 e Plug-in Hybrid and EQS 500 4MATIC electric sedans, for its Private Terminal Transfer Service. This round-the-clock service will facilitate passenger transfers between KLIA Terminal 1’s Main Terminal and the Satellite Building.

The partnership also includes several exclusive benefits for Malaysia Airlines’ Enrich Platinum and Gold members. These members will receive tailored rewards under the “MyMercedesRewards” programme, which offers incentives on selected car models. Additionally, members purchasing a new Mercedes-Benz vehicle in 2025 will have the chance to participate in a top-tier journey to Germany, offering insights into the brand.
Enrich Platinum and Gold members will also gain access to exclusive Mercedes-Benz events, while Mercedes-Benz customers will be invited to Malaysia Airlines’ curated Enrich events. From 1 March 2025, customers purchasing vehicles from this German carmaker will enjoy year-round access to the Private Terminal Transfer Service.
